POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of solar projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and implement solutions proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for solar projects.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any onsite challenges.
• Ensure high-quality standards and performance metrics are achieved.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in solar project management.
• PMP Certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, project execution, and industry regulations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
