SUMMARY:
Are you passionate about renewable energy and are eager to make a tangible impact on the world? Our client, a leading company in the solar energy industry, is seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Project Manager to lead and oversee solar installation projects from inception to completion.

POSITION INFO:
As a Solar Project Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality solar energy solutions. You will manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and safety. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a company committed to driving sustainable energy innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and execute solar energy projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure smooth project delivery.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and safety standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and vendors, ensuring clear and transparent communication.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues effectively.
Monitor project performance and generate regular status reports for stakeholders.
Foster a culture of safety and excellence across all phases of the project.

About You:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and a passion for renewable energy.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience managing solar energy projects or similar renewable energy initiatives.
Strong knowledge of solar technologies, installation processes, and industry standards.
Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning tools.
Familiarity with relevant permitting and regulatory requirements.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus but not mandatory.
