The Sales Executive will lead and oversee the development and growth of profitable new business; develop and maintain effective key customer relationships as well as ensure business growth through directing and managing business development and operational activities.

Salary: Market Related, plus commissions


EDUCATION:

• Must have a Post Graduate Degree or higher – MBA will be an advantage
• Appropriate business-related qualification in areas such as Business Administration, Management, Economics, Accounts or Finance, Marketing and Sales

• A minimum of 5 years executive management experience in a Business Development, Customer Relations and Operations Management role managing a team with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Computer literate and numerate at an advanced level.
• Strong business acumen and business writing skills.
• Ability to present and articulate at Board level.
• Good knowledge of innovative solutions and technologies that would enhance business efficiencies.
• Executive Management Reporting and presentation experience.
• Ability to liaise with customers at all levels.
• Must be able to develop business plans and drive business growth strategy.
• Strong leadership but must have the ability get involved in the detail.
