SUMMARY:
My Cape Town based client is urgently seeking an experienced Software Project Administrator to join their renowned organisation.

POSITION INFO:
You will play a crucial role in overseeing project execution and ensuring alignment with objectives.

Responsibilities include coordinating between teams, managing timelines, and facilitating communication to maintain project momentum. Track progress, ensuring deadlines are met and high-quality results are delivered. Ultimately, their goal is to support the project manager and development team to ensure deadlines are met

Qualification:

Bachelor or PM Certification

Proficient in:

MS Office Suite
Project Management software i.e.: Sciforma, YouTrack, WBS would be advantageous

Knowledge of the Following;

Administrative processes.
Project tracking and reporting.
Procurement and purchasing.
Documentation and reporting.
Able to use project management tools.
