Software Implementation Specialist (CPT Onsite)

SUMMARY:
BRIDGE the gap between technology solutions and business requirements through the successful identification and adoption of solutions and systems as the next Software Implementation Specialist sought to join the team of a forward-thinking Property Specialist.

BRIDGE the gap between technology solutions and business requirements through the successful identification and adoption of solutions and systems as the next Software Implementation Specialist sought to join the team of a forward-thinking Property Specialist. You will review and assess business needs and current processes, manage project timelines, resources and budgets while staying updated with product developments and updates for continuous improvement. The successful incumbent must possess a Degree in IT/Computer Science or related field, have 5 years work experience in System Integration and/or Technical Project Management including Big Data analysis and Project Management software.

DUTIES:

Analysis and Scoping –

• Review and assess business needs and current processes looking for opportunities for efficiencies.
• Identify areas for improvement in terms of software and technology solutions.
• Document current processes and system integrations.
• Propose solutions that can be used to solve areas identified for improvement and select the software/system needed.

Solution Implementation –

• Manage project timelines, resources and budgets when working with partners or new systems.
• Report in to stake holders to track the project management and progress.
• Document processes and create materials to support the implementation.

Training and Support –

• Train and support to ensure effective use of new systems or services and then monitor/troubleshoot.
• Conduct post-implementation evaluations to assess the success and identify areas for improvement.

Research and Analysis -

• Stay updated with product developments and updates for continuous improvement.
• Share relevant updates with the business to elevate overall understanding.

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications –

• Degree in IT / Computer Science or related fields.

Experience/Skills -

• Minimum 5 years'' experience in System Integration and/or Technical Project Management.
• Experience with Big Data analysis.
• Experience with Project Management software.
• Aptitude to apply technology driven solutions to business problems or enhance efficiencies.
