Key Responsibilities Include: Technical Leadership & Team Development: Mentor and inspire a team of software engineers, helping them grow and reach their potential. Project Management & Delivery: Balance technical leadership with project management, ensuring all projects are aligned with business goals. Hands-On Development & Innovation: Write and review high-quality code in Python and leverage frameworks like Django , Flask , or Pyramid . Lead projects that involve containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes . Utilize CI\/CD practices (e.g., CircleCI ) to streamline development and deployment processes. Data Management & Optimization: Work with PostgreSQL or other relational databases, optimizing complex SQL queries for performance. Maintain data integrity and scalability while handling extensive educational content and user data. Strategic Thinking & Pragmatism: Take a pragmatic approach to building solutions, balancing technical vision with project constraints. Respect the core principles of Computer Science and design patterns, but stay open to innovative solutions for complex challenges.
