POSITION INFO:

You’ll be embedded in a highly specialized squad focused on building high-performance software for fibre-based signal acquisition systems. Your mission: design, develop, and integrate robust code that scales, adapts, and delivers under pressure. You'll handle everything from protocol logic and bandwidth optimization to control systems and monitoring infrastructure. Expect hands-on integration with hardware, real-world testing, and relentless refinement. Agile principles guide us. Innovation fuels us

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in C++ or GoLang
Deep Linux fluency, shell scripting, Git control
Experience with distributed systems, protocols (GRPC, Thrift), and performance optimization
Comfortable troubleshooting complex issues in high-stakes environments
Bonus: exposure to Java, P4, VHDL, Grafana, or embedded systems
Familiar with Agile practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps tooling

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering (Master’s a plus)
Mission-driven mindset with a sharp eye for system-level thinking
Strong communication, autonomy, and an unwavering attention to technical detail
