Software Development Manager (Java)

SUMMARY:
Software Development manager will be responsible for the Software Development department and the team. Will also be responsible for implementation of processes, and collaboration between internal stakeholders and external partners

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

• Leading the development team.
• Designing system architecture
• Implementation of quality assurance measures
• Following practices like TDD
• Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment
• Designing scalable, robust and efficient system architectures Designing code that can evolve with changing business needs
• Responsible for team performance and leadership

• 8 - 10 years experience
• Experience with Agile Methodology
• Strong background in Java Development, Angular, React and Springboot
• Database development
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
