POSITION INFO:

Deployment:
Develop cutting-edge web and mobile applications for high-profile clients across South Africa
Utilize your tactical knowledge of tech frameworks to deploy the right tools for every mission
Engage in all stages of the SDLC, from planning the strategy to executing the perfect code ambush
Scout and deploy new technologies to keep your squad ahead of the game

Leadership:
Lead your squad with purpose, guiding them to technical brilliance and mission success
Foster a collaborative culture that ensures every teammate has your six
Make crucial technical decisions and champion innovation on the battlefield of code
Mentor recruits and seasoned operators alike, ensuring the team’s firepower is always at maximum capacity

Customer Recon:
Build alliances with stakeholders to understand their operational objectives
Ensure top-tier solutions while staying within the secure zone of compliance and regulations
Use your negotiation and communication skills to achieve mission buy-in and alignment

Skills & Experience:
A bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field – your badge of rank
Minimum of 6+ years of combat experience in software engineering within enterprise environments
Mastery of Java frameworks, clean code, and the art of design patterns
Expertise in deploying Spring, Hibernate, and REST APIs like an elite strategist
The adaptability to switch gears across different environments, from Azure to AWS
Strong leadership and mentorship skills to lead your team to victory
