• Lead, mentor, and inspire the development team, driving high performance and innovation.
• Oversee the planning and execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand project requirements and align development efforts with business goals.
• Balance working on strategic initiatives with the day-to-day management of the dev team.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks within the SDLC and execute mitigation strategies.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends to ensure Rain's systems are cutting edge.
• Foster a fun, supportive, and collaborative working environment that encourages creativity and tackling the impossible.
• Ensure the team meets operational goals and performance benchmarks.

• proven experience in a leadership role within software development, with a strong technical background.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team, driving them to excel and have fun while doing it.
• Experience managing both frontend and backend development projects.
• Solid understanding of web development, cloud infrastructure, and deep technical systems.
