Bachelor''s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. ● Proven 5+ years of experience in digital/social media marketing management. ● Exceptional client management and presentation skills. ● Experience in paid media campaigns across diverse platforms. E.g. Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok etc. ● Passion for staying informed on industry trends. ● Strong analytical skills for actionable insights from data. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving client success
Applicant must be willing to work American 7am - 4pm EST (SAST 2pm - 10pm from Nov - March and 1pm - 9pm March - Nov) ● Interest in the health, fitness, and wellness industry. ● Be beneficial if the candidate resided in Cape Town but not a must.
Role Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Manage client campaigns, including campaign development and optimisation. ● Client Partnership: Develop a strong relationship with our clients, understanding their needs and collaborating to create effective digital marketing strategies. ● Digital Channels: Manage various social media campaigns both organic and paid. ● Paid Media Optimisation: Utilise paid media effectively to enhance campaign performance and achieve client objectives. ● Adaptability: Stay updated on industry trends and adjust strategies to keep our clients ahead in the competitive health and fitness space. ● Analytics and Reporting: Create insightful reports, turning data into actionable insights to showcase the success of digital marketing efforts. ● Strategic Content Creation: Create engaging, on-brand content across digital platforms. ● Innovative Digital Strategies: Contribute to developing and executing cutting-edge digital strategies to elevate our clients online presence
