About the Role:
This role requires direct client interaction, strategic planning, and hands-on execution of social media campaigns.
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and executing content strategies, managing client relationships, building and running paid campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and working closely with the creative team to bring marketing ideas to life.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and performance tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. (15 Clients at minimum)
- A passion for social media trends, storytelling, and community engagement.
Preferred Skills (Advantageous):
- Experience with paid social media advertising.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
- Ability to create and edit basic content using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Canva.
- Ability to shoot content using a camera or an Iphone.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management & Strategy
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on marketing objectives.
- Develop and present social media strategies tailored to each client’s goals.
- Plan and execute content calendars based on client objectives, seasonal trends, and industry insights.
- Provide monthly performance reports with data-driven insights and recommendations.
Content Creation & Execution
- Create and schedule engaging, high-quality content across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Work closely with the creative team to conceptualize and produce visually appealing content.
- Write compelling captions and copy that align with brand tone and voice.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and implement innovative content ideas.
Paid Campaigns
- Ability to run paid ads management through Meta Business Suite/ TikTok Business Manager (Advantageous)
Collaboration & Teamwork
- Work alongside graphic designers, videographers, and other creatives to bring content ideas to life.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns align with overall digital marketing efforts.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for improving social media creatives.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze content performance using social media analytics tools.
- Prepare detailed reports for clients, highlighting key performance metrics, engagement insights, and areas for improvement.
- Adjust strategies based on data and client feedback to optimize campaign performance.
