Are you a German or Dutch speaking with a flair for Social Media? Fempower Personnel is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to be based within their Century City Offices. An ideal candidate would be results-driven, a strategic thinker with a passion and mission for improving the Brand's Social Media footprint especially within the fast growing language recruitment space.

Key Activities:

• Collaborating with marketing and recruitment professionals to develop successful social media campaigns to attract candidates.
• Collaborating with marketing and sales and business development professionals to develop successful social media campaigns to attract clients
• Managing the company's online presence by creating engaging content (including website, blogs, trade websites, newsletters, referral programs and much more), responding to comments, and analyzing performance data.
• Driving engagement and awareness across multiple social media channels and platforms.
• Researching target audiences and exploring current social media trends.
• Addressing comments or concerns from the online community.
• Measuring and monitoring social media analytics.
• Identifying new ways of candidate and client attraction as well as candidate referral systems
• Building and maintaining candidate relationships and candidate communities on- and offline
• Acting as a link between potential and existing candidates with recruiters and recruitment administrators
• Acting as a link between potential and existing clients and the sales team
• Research audience preferences and discover current trends
• Create engaging text, image and video content (English as well as Dutch and or German)
• Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new roles (candidates) and services (clients)
• Measure web traffic and monitor SEO and implement SEO strategies
• Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
• Train co-workers to use social media in a cohesive and beneficial way
• Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
• Oversee social media accounts’ layout and manage and daily update all companies social media accounts
• Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions

Key Requirements and Skills:

• Proven work experience as a Social media coordinator
• Expertise in multiple social media platforms
• In-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video) in English as well German and or Dutch
• Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
• Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
• Excellent communication skills in English as well as German and or Dutch
• Multitasking and analytical skills
• BS degree in Marketing, New media or relevant field
• Valid work permit or SA ID for South Africa
• Passion for development and trends in the online recruitment field as well as social media
  

Working Hours: 08h00 to 17h00 (Monday to Friday), with overtime as required.
