Job Description:
Content & Community Management – Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube to build and maintain an active online community
Audience Engagement & Brand Growth – Respond to comments and direct messages, fostering meaningful interactions while maintaining a consistent brand voice
Paid Media & Performance Marketing – Collaborate with the digital marketing team to execute paid social campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive conversions
Analytics & Insights – Monitor and analyze key social media metrics using Google Analytics and reporting tools to optimize performance and engagement strategies
Emerging Trends & Digital Expansion – Stay up to date with the latest trends, exploring new digital platforms like Amazon and TikTok Shop to identify opportunities for brand growth

Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing
Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, social media analytics tools, and paid media campaigns
Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging, platform-specific content
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle consumer interactions professionally
A passion for digital innovation and the ability to adapt to new marketing trends and tools
