Our client in the Wholesale (FMCG) industry is currently looking to employ a Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator based in Port Elizabeth.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
• Proven track record of growing social media platforms and driving sales through digital channels.
• Proficiency in social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
• Strong content creation skills, including video editing, photography, and graphic design.

• Set up and manage the social media ecosystem for the company.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a consistent posting schedule across all social media platforms.
• Build and grow the brand’s presence on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Monitor platform performance metrics and provide regular reports on growth, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.

• Collaborate with marketing teams and copywriters to plan, shoot, and produce engaging and on-brand content.
• Ensure that all content aligns with the brand identity and adheres to legal and industry standards.

• Identify, acquire, and manage partnerships with influencers to expand the brand’s reach.
• Build relationships with content creators, photographers, and videographers for high-quality content production.

• Utilize social media platforms to drive traffic and sales to the company’s online store.
• Integrate product promotions, special offers, and new launches into social media content plans.
