Job Advertisement: Snr Quality Assurance Officer (Soya Bean Oil Plant)

We are seeking a highly skilled Snr Quality Assurance Officer with expertise in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for a soya bean oil processing plant. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ISO certification processes and be capable of creating clear, concise, and compliant documentation to support operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and update comprehensive SOPs for all aspects of the soya bean oil production process, including processing, quality control, maintenance, safety, and compliance.
• Ensure SOPs align with ISO certification standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with engineers, quality assurance teams, and production staff to document processes accurately.
• Conduct process audits to identify gaps and update documentation as necessary.
• Design SOPs that are clear, user-friendly, and accessible to all employees.
• Provide training and guidance on SOP implementation to relevant personnel.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Officer, in the food processing or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of ISO certification processes (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, or similar).
• Experience in writing SOPs, work instructions, and technical manuals.
• Ability to interpret complex technical processes and translate them into clear documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, documentation software, and process mapping tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Food Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in soya bean processing, edible oil production, or similar industries is an advantage.
• Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and other food safety standards.
