POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
We currently have a vacancy for a Conveyancing Secretary to work in our developments department.
Will deal with transfers and bonds, especially ABSA, STD, Nedbank, FNB & SAHL bonds.

-Solid recent Conveyancing Secretary experience in attending to registration and opening of sectional title schemes is a must (transfers and bonds) (Senior Level)
-Fully independently function (from receipt of an instruction to finalization)
-Experience with DoComply, Stordoc, Ghost Practice, Lexis Sign, Ghostconvey and E4
