SITE SUPERVISOR

Head Office in Cape Town - Northern Suburbs

Key Performance Outputs

• Supervising the fit-out/refurbishment of New Builds and Facility upgrades under leadership of Senior Project Manager
• Understanding of Architectural drawings and project management
• Management of On-Site contractors
• +5 years’ experience
• Fit out on site experience will be advantageous

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently under pressure, meeting all project timelines
• Fit out & construction knowledge
• Computer literate – Excel/Word
• Effective communication skills
• Valid driver’s licence
• Willing to travel and manage national projects
