POSITION INFO:
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading company in the civil, construction, and marine sectors, seeking an experienced Site Superintendent for a permanent role based in either UAE, Saudi Arabia, or Qatar. If you have solid experience managing Tier 1 and complex construction projects, enjoy being hands-on, and thrive on working on-site full-time, this could be your ideal opportunity. Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar fields.
- Proven experience in managing Tier 1 and complex construction projects.
- Solid background in marine, civil, or construction projects with hands-on experience.
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively on-site.
- Willingness to relocate to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, or Qatar, and work on-site full-time.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, able to handle challenges in real-time.
Job Experience & Skills Required:- 7+ years’ experience working on large-scale, complex construction projects, ideally in the marine or civil sectors.
- Strong site management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and resources.
- A deep understanding of construction methodologies, Tier 1 projects, and industry standards.
- Ability to maintain safety standards, ensure project timelines are met, and deal with unexpected issues promptly.
- Previous experience working in the Middle East or similar international projects is advantageous.
