Site-Based Quantity Surveyor – Paarl

POSITION INFO:
Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for an exciting opportunity? We are seeking a Site-Based Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a prestigious upmarket residential estate development in Paarl.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee cost management and contract administration on-site
Prepare and manage bills of quantities, variations, and progress claims
Conduct site measurements and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers
Ensure cost-effective procurement and budget control
Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure timely and quality delivery

Requirements:

âï¸ Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field
âï¸ 5+ years of experience in residential or high-end construction projects
âï¸ Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and procurement
âï¸ Ability to work independently on-site and manage multiple tasks efficiently
âï¸ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
