SUMMARY:
Our client in Cape Town is looking for Site Manager

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric and related qualifications
Experience required in high-rise buildings
Medical projects experience
Manage multiple sites and related aspects thereof.
Effectively manage all senior site staff / foreman appointed to your site
Ensure project timelines are met and strictly manage these according to an agreed schedule and communicate schedule deviations to to contracts manager when they become known
Daily/2 week and monthly planning is critical to ensure no delays on the project. Daily materials and long lead items all to be considered.
Sourcing and adjudication done by site manager on materials and managed through BOQ and allowable document
Sourcing new suppliers and subcontractors is encouraged and will be agreed with the QS department.
