POSITION INFO:
What You’ll Do:

Champion the Baby Category by leading strategies aligned with marketing, customer, and operational goals.
Drive Sales and Shopper Engagement through innovative pricing and promotional tactics tailored to the baby market.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn brand strategies into compelling in-store experiences for parents and caregivers.

? What You Bring:

2-3 years of sales or customer management experience in FMCG, with a passion for the Baby category.
Expertise in category management and shopper marketing, with a deep understanding of baby shoppers’ needs.
Strong relationship-building skills, and a commitment to driving long-term growth.
