SUMMARY:
Our manufacturing client urgently seeks a SHEQ Manager to
spearhead the development, implementation, and management of the company's Safety, Health,Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) policies and procedures.

POSITION INFO:

Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality and SHEQ management, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
Extensive knowledge of national and international quality, health, and environmental standards.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive change and influence staff at all levels.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Google Suite.
Experience conducting internal and external audits.
Ability to develop training materials and deliver SHEQ training sessions.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to analyse statistical data and apply quality control techniques.
Knowledge of risk management and compliance regulations.

Key Responsibilities
To ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, conducting regular audits and inspections, and leading incident investigations.
