SUMMARY:
DBN000041 – Service Operations Manager - (Riversands, JHB)

Purpose of the Job:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring that all systems & processes are running smoothly, delivering high-quality service.

Required Qualifications

Relevant IT Tertiary Qualification – Must have
2 years’ experience in Information Technology Industry – Must have
Training in networking experience
Drivers Licence
Substantial experience in coaching and mentoring teams on a daily basis
Experience in implementation of continual service improvement in previous roles (through automation, process enhancements, etc)

POSITION INFO:
Technical Competencies & Experience:

Operational support for all the company’s clients
Identify client incidents/fault trends.
Ensure fault/incident categories and subcategories are correct.
On site client support
Project Management
Client installation Management
Create and maintain a comprehensive list of client requirements, scope of deliverables and KPIs.
Plan and implement training and development initiatives for the teams who report to you.
Other duties as required
