Service Manager- Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal

POSITION INFO:
An opportunity for a Dealership Service Manager has become available in Empangeni, KwaZulu-Natal .

As Service Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and development of the service department to ensure ongoing profitability.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years Service Manager experience in a Franchise Dealership
Motor Vehicle Trade Test Certificate/Red Seal is required
Must reside in Empangeni Area
Must be able to run a high volume based workshop
Must work according to OEM standards
Valid Drivers License
Computer literate
Clear criminal record

Responsibilities:

Lead, develop and motivate staff
Manage service department staff members
Drive the productivity, efficiency, and the customer service index.
Managing cost and increase the profitability of the service and department

Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals
Customer care
Ability to motivate the service department effectively and positively
