POSITION INFO:

Our client in the Service Management industry is seeking the services of a dynamic Service Manager

Minimum requirements:

• 2 years' experience in a Service Management Industry 
• Minimum qualification of Matric or a Diploma in Operations Manager
• Dynamic individual with a strong drive to excel in achieving company performance and customer’s satisfaction goals
• Must work well under pressure
• Valid Driver's Licence
• Must be a computer literate
• Must possess leadership and motivation qualities
• Good IR or HR ability

Skills required:

• Excellent people management skills
• Excellent administrative skills 
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be able to work independently
• Excellent command of English
• Excellent client-facing ability

Duties will include:

• Full responsibility of services within the Branch
• Asset Management 
• Customer visits and liaison 
• Vehicle maintenance and servicing check list
• Supervision of loading and uploading of stock from cages
• Management oversight and involvement in a health and safety procedures in conjunction with health and safety representative
• Manage installations, Maintenace tickets and withdrawals
• Order & control of stock and warehouse 
• Stock management and control of contact consumables 
• Staff management and training 
• Distribution staff management 
• Attend meetings as required at customers sites 
• Management and coordination of client's safety files

Remuneration: R14 500
