SUMMARY:
Our internationally based client is seeking a Dutch-speaking skilled Service Desk Engineer to join their dynamic team, based in South Africa. As part of their Outsourcing and Management department, you will be responsible for providing essential ICT support to international clients. This position requires a proactive, customer-focused individual with experience in Windows 11, MS 365, and Azure.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure customers are kept informed on the status of their incidents and service requests at all times.
Record and manage reported incidents and service requests efficiently.
Provide first and second-line support, analyze issues, and resolve incidents.
Resolve incidents using workarounds, escalate when necessary, and close resolved issues.
Ensure solutions meet client expectations and confirm closure of service requests.
Issue hardware and install necessary software when required.

Qualifications:

Required:
- Minimum MBO 4 (system management/service desk/ICT management)
- Experience with ticketing systems
Desired:
- Microsoft certifications
- ITIL Foundations certification
