POSITION INFO:

Job Description:
Bottom of FormOversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems
Manage electrical maintenance, wiring, and control systems to ensure optimal performance
Lead mechanical maintenance, including hydraulics and pneumatics, to support equipment reliability
Design, interpret, and modify electrical and mechanical drawings for system installations and upgrades
Utilize electrical test instruments for diagnostic purposes, ensuring accurate assessments and repairs
Ensure electrical and control instrumentation systems are maintained and operating efficiently
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all service centre operations
Conduct system safety testing and inspections, identifying potential hazards and implementing corrective actions
Lead troubleshooting and fault-finding efforts for electrical and control systems to minimize downtime
Maintain high standards of quality control for maintenance processes, ensuring service excellence
Ensure the team is equipped with the skills and certifications

Skills & Experience:
Strong knowledge of electrical installation systems, electrical wiring, and maintenance
Knowledge of fault-finding and diagnostic skills, along with expertise in electrical systems maintenance, testing, commissioning, wiring, and control
Leadership capabilities and managing a team

Minimum requirements
Millwright Trade Test
Minimum 8 years’ experience

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
