Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction – Act as the primary point of contact for truck owners and fleet managers, providing expert advice on servicing and repairs.
• Job Scheduling & Workshop Coordination – Manage service bookings, allocate work to technicians, and ensure repairs are completed on time.
• Technical & Warranty Support – Explain technical issues to customers, liaise with the technical team, and process warranty claims efficiently.
• Cost Estimation & Upselling – Provide accurate service estimates, discuss additional repair recommendations, and maximize workshop revenue.
• Administration & Compliance – Maintain detailed records of service history, invoices, and ensure all work meets safety and manufacturer standards.
