SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Service Advisor to be the main point of contact for vehicle service and maintenance at our dealership.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of automotive systems, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a luxury automotive setting.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers, address service needs, and provide accurate repair estimates.
Clearly explain technical issues and associated costs, ensuring customer understanding.
Schedule appointments, coordinate with technicians, and ensure availability of necessary parts.
Maintain accurate customer records, manage invoicing, and ensure timely service.
Oversee service quality, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on product knowledge and promote dealership services and offers.
Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth operations and report on service performance.

Requirements/Skills:

2+ years in a Service or Sales role (dealership experience a plus).
Computer literate (Office Suite), driver’s license, and own transport.
Technical qualification advantageous.
Strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
