Service Advisor - Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal

POSITION INFO:
Our client is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join their team in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide professional service.
Schedule and manage service appointments.
Understand and communicate customer needs and service requirements.
Provide accurate information on products and services.
Coordinate with technicians and service staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
Previous experience in a customer service or advisory role is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to the role.
