SUMMARY:
The Senior Transformation Specialist, reporting to the Transformation and PR Director, is pivotal in driving the Group''s Transformation strategy.
POSITION INFO:
This includes managing Social and Labour Plans (SLPs), Enterprise Development, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, and stakeholder engagement.
The role involves overseeing the Transformation team''s daily operations, ensuring compliance with the Mining Charter, and managing budgets, reporting, and regulatory requirements. Extensive travel to plants and project sites is required.
- You will hold a Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Social Science, Development Studies, Business Studies, or a related field.
- Complemented by at least five years of experience in Transformation, CSR, Enterprise Development, or SLP project management.
- Experience in the manufacturing or mining sectors is essential.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office experience is essential.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, stakeholder engagement expertise, and strong project management skills are crucial.
