SUMMARY:
An International Finance Consulting Company in Pretoria requires the full-time services of a Senior Transaction Advisor to join their dynamic team ASAP.
Relevant qualifications with 10+ years' experience in a project finance environment. Industry specific experience in Infrastructure and Energy, leading transaction cycles and project timelines, essential.
This dynamic environment requires an innovative personality with a passion for solution finding, being challenged to 'think out of the box' and to 'think on the feet' in a consulting/advisory capacity.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Qualification:

B Com / Finance
Or Chartered Accountant
Or MBA /CFA

Specific Industry Experience:

Infrastructure

Years of Experience:

10+ in a PROJECT finance environment

Due diligence and deal structuring – debt, equity and quasi-equity
Project screening
Deal structuring
Finance raising
Corporate finance, valuations, and acquisitions
Financial modelling
Strategic business planning, budgeting and appraisal-
People management
Credit and adjudication approval processes
Procurement processes
Venture capital
Restructuring of debt and management of turnarounds
Fund management
Private equity

Major Key Responsibilities in the role:
Management of complex multi-faceted transactions
Financial model interpretation
Execute on Project Finance processes (transaction cycle / project timelines)
Client liaison & management / Good people skills
Implementation of fund raising or transaction advisory work
Financial program design and implementation
Screening of potential project information and transactions
Transaction implementation
C&I RE energy program and procurement development support inputs
Specific transaction Financial Close advisory and co-ordination
Specific transaction advisory services during project commissioning
Overall co-ordination of financial TA advisory team, reporting and other deliverable requirements
Report-writing

IT Systems:
Advanced Excel knowledge
PowerPoint
Word / reporting writing

Staff Management:
Yes, of internal and external multi-disciplinary teams
Ability to present findings to a client
Manage modeller / junior support and assess / review outputs
