Step into the testing matrix! A high-performance payments company seeks a Senior Test Analyst with manual & automation expertise, leadership skills, and a track record of deploying on time under pressure.

POSITION INFO:

Design and execute test strategies that eliminate defects before they arise
Automate efficiently—if you’re doing it twice, it should be scripted
Lead and mentor a team while ensuring deadlines are met
Work in a high-pressure payments environment where precision is key
Collaborate with developers to build quality into every release

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5+ years in software testing (manual & automation)
Experience in a leadership role—guiding teams to success
Strong knowledge of test automation tools & scripting
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deployment deadlines
Passion for quality, performance, and flawless execution

Qualification:
Relevant degree/diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Certifications in Testing/Automation (ISTQB, Selenium, etc.) are a plus
