SUMMARY:
My client is a fast-growing Fintech company in Cape Town, looking for a talented and experienced Senior Test Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of their financial technology solutions, working closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:

Matric
Degree or equivalent

Requirements:

5+ years job-related experience
Proven experience with tools such as SoapUI, Selenium, JMeter
Experience working within agile frameworks such as Scrum
ISEB or ISTQB Certification (Foundation)
Exposure to load or performance testing

KPA's:

Create and execute test plans within an agile environment
Manage testing throughout the SDLC
Map functional requirements to test cases
Automate manual tests for applications
Documentation and execution of acceptance, regression, functional and stress testing of the system
Risk-based testing and prioritisation
Develop Software Test Specifications, test reports and validation protocols for unit, integration, and performance testing
Ensure proper version control and configuration management
Review requirements, specifications, user documentation, and other projects documentation to assure the quality of the products and tests to be developed
