POSITION INFO:

As the Senior Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in both managing the development team and contributing directly to coding across various technologies. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, lead projects, and ensure high-quality software solutions are delivered to clients in a timely manner.

Skills & Experience:
Lead and mentor a small, talented team of developers, fostering growth and collaboration
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using .NET, Java, Python, and Node.js
Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to understand requirements and deliver strategic solutions
Ensure the team follows best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation
Balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on coding to ensure the success of key projects

Qualification:
Minimum 7+ years of development experience, with expertise in .NET, Java, Python, and Node.js
Proven experience leading and managing a development team.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to architect complex solutions
Experience with cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and API development
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships
A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest technologies
