Our client in the Southern Suburbs is seeking a Senior Store Manager to join their dynamic team. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), own vehicle with a valid driver’s license, and a solid 7 – 10 years of demonstrated experience in retail management, ideally within the footwear sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and team management skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a dedicated customer service orientation. Effective organizational and administrative capabilities are essential for this position.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Own vehicle and valid driver’s license
• 7 – 10 years proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in footwear
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
