SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Specialist: Operations to enhance and execute daily and monthly functions that enable Unitization and Financial Reporting. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and risk mitigation of operational processes.

Responsibilities and Work Outputs:
- Provide support to functional areas in the company, including Technical IFRS Reporting, Technical Operations, and Technical Solutions.
- Continually review and update operational processes and documentation to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
- Strive for automation where possible and drive/initiate necessary development interventions.
- Conduct root cause analysis on issues and implement changes to prevent reoccurrence.
- Understand and enhance operational processes to support the Group financial reporting functions.
- Collaborate on efficiency drives in processes, policies, and systems to ensure effective life fund unitization processes.
- Assist with various strategic initiatives within Group Finance Reporting.
- Execute day-to-day process coordination, including client cash flow instructions, multi-portfolio manager instructions, and life business segment transactions.
- Perform Daily Integrity and Validation checks to ensure no day-end failures in the Interlink Unitisation system.
- Review and resolve daily transaction errors to ensure accurate client investment and disinvestment processing.
- Execute policyholder accrual payments for large withdrawals, management fees, and income tax.
- Monitor and resolve investment operations cash breaks.
- Identify and report suspicious behavior of client administrators to the Risk department.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of client and fund manager banking functions.
- Perform Interlink Unitisation functions with precision and efficiency.
Experience and Qualifications:Qualifications:- Relevant financial/investment qualification, preferably B-Commerce or equivalent.
Experience:- 10 to 15 years of experience in Investment Administration within asset management, multi-management, or LISP environments.
