SUMMARY:
If you're a systems-savvy specialist with a strong background in commercial operations enablement and a passion for operational excellence, this one’s for you. A major player in the telecoms/technology space is on the hunt for a Senior Specialist to take ownership of system design, implementation, and optimisation, aligning tools and processes with business goals.
You'll work closely with Commercial and IT leadership to ensure seamless systems performance, enablement, and innovation. Think customer onboarding, sales enablement, fulfilment processes, and powerful self-service tools.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
Master’s degree or certifications in project management/systems integration (advantageous)
Strong foundational IT knowledge (systems integration focus)
Proven commercial operations or enablement track record (8+ years)

Requirements:

Strong leadership experience in system enablement within Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success
Proven expertise with CRM, marketing automation, sales tools, and assurance platforms
Excellent communication skills – able to work with exec-level and cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data-driven insights

Key Performance Areas (KPAs):

Lead implementation, configuration, and integration of commercial systems across departments
Drive operational efficiency through workflow analysis, system optimisation, and documentation
Provide enablement support through training, troubleshooting, and knowledge sharing
Leverage innovation and emerging technologies to improve commercial processes
