POSITION INFO:
Candidate requirements:

• Min of 5years experience in a Hotel as a Sous Chef
• Able to assist an Executive Chef in coordinating an supervising a team
• Good knowledge on budgets and profit margins
• Must be knowledgeable on health and safety requirements and audits
• Excellent stock-take abilities
• Be able to mentor and train a team
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster a great working environment
• Be firm in managing and disciplining staff
• Be very well-presented and have impeccable personal hygiene
• Be well-spoken and able to communicate with guests
• The ability to take full charge of the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef
• Must have own vehicle and driver's license
