This is an office-based role in Johannesburg South, where you will be responsible for the development and support of .NET webform applications and C# services. You will play a crucial role in ensuring system reliability and performance while contributing to strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in software development.
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, and MS SQL Database.
• Experience with webform applications and service-oriented architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of new software requirements.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Junior Developers.
• Develop and maintain .NET webform applications and C# services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported through the helpdesk.
• Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Manage and maintain the MS SQL database, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Implement and monitor application performance and security measures.
• Conduct regular system audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Certification in relevant technologies or project management.
