Our client, a leading dealership, is seeking a Senior Service Manager with over 10 years of experience to lead their dynamic service department in Cape Town.

Salary Package:

R60,000 Negotiable

Company Car + Fuel + Incentives

Requirements:

10+ years of experience as a Service Manager at a senior level.
Experience with Land Rover, Audi, or VW brands will be highly advantageous.
Proven ability to manage multiple OEMs, ensuring seamless service operations.
Skilled at retaining talent and employing the right staff to build a high-performing team.
Strong customer relationship and communication skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of factory standards, audits, and industry compliance.
Business-oriented with expertise in marketing, accounting, and driving profitability.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Technical/mechanical proficiency and creative problem-solving abilities.
Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
