SUMMARY:
Senior Scrum Master

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Scrum Master to guide and coach our agile teams. You will facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a collaborative environment. With at least 8-10 years of software development experience and relevant certifications, you will have a proven ability to lead and mentor teams. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential. This role requires a growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be based in Johannesburg, South Africa, working in a hybrid model.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities

Develop and coach agile teams
Facilitate agile ceremonies
Remove impediments, improve team performance
Resolve conflicts, empower self-organization
Establish new teams, lean-agile governance
Coach struggling teams, collaborate with Agile Practitioners
Foster a growth mindset, contribute to learning

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
8-10 years software development experience
Relevant Agile and Scrum Master Certifications

Facilitation, teamwork, communication, organization
