SUMMARY:
We’re Looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our client's team, based in Randburg, Gauteng.
Industry: industrial and commercial humidifiers and humidification systems
POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and facility managers.
- Provide technical sales support and consultative selling for humidification solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on leads.
- Achieve set sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the service and admin team for project execution.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Attend industry events and exhibitions.
- Lead and manage the sales team, setting targets and providing coaching for performance improvement.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
Skills & Software Requirements:- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal oriented.
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyse sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong business acumen with an ability to identify new market opportunities.

Working Hours:Monday – Friday, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM, with occasional after-hours travel or meetings.
Educational Background:Diploma/Degree in Sales,
Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Business Administration, or equivalent.
