POSITION INFO:
A Slurry Pump specialist, based in Centurion, is seeking an experienced Key Accounts Manager/Sales Engineer/Business Optimization Engineer to join their team of experts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts and generating new sales opportunities as well as optimizing business processes for their clients in the mining industry.

Education:

BEng/BTech in Mechanical/Metallurgical/Chemical Engineering

Job Experience & Skills Required:

5 years experience in sales, sales engineering or business development in the mining industry.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the mining industry
Identify and persue new sales opportunities within existing key accounts.
Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients.
Site visits and understand customer requirements and provide solutions.
Analyze customer data and sales trends to identify growth opportunities.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize business processes, reduce costs and improve efficiency.
