Established Safari Company is looking for a SENIOR SAFARI SPECIALIST
POSITION INFO:
The successful candidate will play a key role working with a small and innovative group and specialize in creating tailor-made safaris to East and Southern Africa. Our specialist knowledge and our small size allow us to offer a top-notch, personalized service to our clients. In addition to this, it would be advantageous (but not a necessity) to have “on-the-ground” experience living,
working, and traveling throughout broader Africa. The candidate’s main responsibilities will be to focus on organizing and selling mid to high-end safaris, and therefore a willingness, aptitude, and experience in sales is vital. This is a full-time position is split between working from home and our office in Cape Town. Though, for the right candidate remote work will be considered.
Candidate requirements:
- Must have a relevant degree or diploma
- Have excellent English writing skills and verbal communication skills
- Have 3-5 years working in a similar position in the luxury travel sector
- Must be computer literate with working experience in various reservation systems
- Organizational skills

Package:
The consultant will be remunerated depending on experience, and the salary package will consist of a relatively
generous base salary plus commission or bonus (to be discussed, but paid in USD) from sales.
