A Beautiful Boutique Hotel is looking for a SENIOR RESERVATIONS MANAGER

POSITION INFO:
An independent privately run Boutique Hotel in Melrose North is looking for a Senior Reservations Manager to head up the department.

Candidate Requirements:

• Grade 12/ Senior Certificate
• A certificate in Hospitality would be advantageous
• At least a 5 years experience as a Reservations Manager in a 4 star environment
• Able to take the lead and head up the Reservations department
• Strong reservations and booking conversion rate
• Good computer skills and a be a system ‘super user’
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to grow existing business and have excellent client relation skills
• A dynamic individual who can chase new business and growth opportunities
• Must have excellent organizational skills and experience in forecasting, analyzing and reporting
• Must be a professional, well presented individual and have an enthusiastic personality
• Must have excellent written & oral communication skills
• Work well with people and be able to mentor, train and develop team members
