ð¹ At least 3 years of experience in 360° recruitment (agency experience = gold!)
ð¹ A fearless attitude towards business development and client engagement
ð¹ A knack for finding the perfect match between candidates and clients
ð¹ Strong negotiation skills – you could sell ice to an Eskimo
ð¹ The ability to work hard, play hard, and smash targets
