As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will:

Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, from client acquisition to talent placement.
Build and nurture strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor in the industry.
Strategize and implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent.
Mentor junior consultants, sharing your expertise and elevating the team.
Meet and exceed performance targets, contributing to the growth of Network Recruitment.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Proven track record in recruitment, with a minimum of 2 years in a 360 recruitment consultant role.
Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Mindset: Goal-oriented, resilient, and self-motivated with a passion for excellence.
Knowledge: Must have a degree in related field.
Leadership: A natural mentor and team player who thrives on collaboration.
