Requirements:

5+ years of professional experience as a Python Developer.
Proven experience building and maintaining fintech, billing, or payment platforms.
Strong knowledge of Django, Flask, or similar Python frameworks.
Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, and MySQL) and ORM tools.
Understanding of security best practices in fintech applications (e.g., PCI DSS, and encryption).
Experience with message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, and Kafka) and asynchronous processing.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote and in-office teams.
